Twice he has won the Juno for Country Recording of the Year. He has earned over 30 CCMA nominations and has won in various categories 7 times. He is originally from Nova Scotia and has been so popular down east that he has been elected into the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame. His 12th studio album was released this spring and it includes the single, “Better Off In Love” and a great rendition of Stompin Tom’s “The Hockey Song”.

The HHP takes place on Friday November 23rd and includes a fabulous meal and a fabulous concert. The concert is an AC/DC tribute event by the group Who Made Who. These guys tour Canada year round putting on their show that mirrors the pure strength, energy, impeccable sound and larger than life production of an AC/DC concert. One Bad Son are prairie boys originally from Saskatoon who have become a fixture on the Canadian rock ‘n’ roll scene. They have performed previously in Lethbridge both at Average Joe’s and at Whoop Up Days. They have had 5 singles reach the top 10 on the Canadian music charts. These include “Scarecrow”, “Retribution Blues” and “Raging Bull”. One Bad Son put on a great live show with electrified energy ranging from hard rock riffs to melancholic ballads.
