JOCELYN ALICE IN CONCERT
Lethbridge, AB. – Sunday December 4th will be a great opportunity to see Calgary based singer/songwriter Jocelyn Alice perform in the intimate atmosphere of Joe’s Garage. Jocelyn is definitely on her way up in the music world. Her music is a blend of soul, reggae, pop and funk. Jocelyn has a magnetic style and a unique voice that is at once powerful yet vulnerable, delicate yet gritty and raspy yet clear. You won’t forget it.

DUELING PIANOS THIS FRIDAY
Lethbridge, AB – Dueling pianos is the latest entertainment craze that has been filling clubs, lounges and bars all across North America. Now, you can enjoy this live event phenomenon for yourself right here in Lethbridge at Average Joe’s Sports Bar. Dueling Pianos works like this. There are 2 pianos on stage manned by 2 talented singer musicians who entertain with an unlimited song sheet of rock, country and pop music from the sixties all the way up to today’s current hits. They play requests, mix things up with comic fun and get the audience involved with sing alongs, etc. A night of Dueling Pianos is nothing but pure fun.
The pianist/singers, who will be taking the stage in Joe’s Garage, have a wealth of experience and bands for the past 30 years. Cal Toth, a Lethbridge native has spent most of the last 20 years entertaining across Canada and the United States. Cal will play with one of his many talented piano player friends.” The pianists love nothing more than being on stage pounding on the keys and belting out the tunes. MIDGET WRESTLERS RETURN
Lethbridge, AB. – They are mighty, they are mean, they are masterful athletes, and they are the MIDGET WRESTLING WARRIORS. This action packed, high energy fun filled show takes to the stage/ring at Average Joe’s Sports Bar on Tuesday, December 13th. The evening will feature all of the favorite things you have come to expect from a wrestling match. There will be good guys and bad guys, there will be crunches and punches coming in bunches. There will be single bouts, tag team matches and the battle royal.

ONE BAD SON LIVE AT AVERAGE JOE’S
Lethbridge, AB. -Thursday December 15th will be a great night for rock ‘n’ roll music at Average Joe’s Sports Bar. The Vancouver based Rockers, One Bad Son will perform in concert. One Bad Son are prairie boys originally from Saskatoon who have been making music and touring across the country since 2005. They have 5 albums to their credit and have had 4 singles including “Scarecrows” and “Retribution Blues” reach the top 10 on Canadian music charts. They have opened for many groups including Godsmack and Buckcherry as well as the Sheepdogs at the 2013 Grey Cup. One Bad Son are an honest to goodness rock ‘n’ roll group that occupies a world of its own. They perform with electrified energy that includes hard rock riffs as well as melancholic ballads featuring the acoustic guitar. The four band members write their own songs and live and breathe the music they present.

This popular musical Game Show will start at 8:30 P.M. in Joe’s Garage on the last Friday of every month. Come down, bring your friends and build your team of musical experts who will put all of the competition to shame. Following the Name That Tune contest the Sounds Unlimited DJ will stick around to play your requests while you either toast each other on your win or drown your sorrows because you lost. Either way, Joe’s dance floor will be there for you.

THE MUSIC OF NEWFOUNDLAND DESCENDS AVERAGE JOE’S
Lethbridge, Ab. – One of Newfoundland’s best loved musical groups The Irish Descendants will be performing at Average Joe’s on Thursday, February 23rd.
The Descendants have earned a long list of achievements over the last couple of decades. They have sold over a half a million records. They have been named Entertainers of the Year at the East Coast Music Awards and have won a Juno. The Irish Descendants have sold out concerts across North America and when touring Ireland were dubbed “The Lost Celtic Tribe of Newfoundland”. Their performances of lilting ballads and toe tapping reels are presented with high energy and a humorous slant that leaves audiences clamoring for more.
