WEDNESDAY NIGHT IS KARAOKE NIGHT IN JOE’S GARAGE 

Lethbridge, AB. - Every Wednesday night Average Joe’s Sports Bar is pleased to present KARAOKE in the back room, Joe’s Garage.  This fun singing event is hosted by DJCK.  Doors to the garage will open at 6:00 P.M. and the karaoke entertainment will start at 9:30 P.M.  There is no need to be “chicken”, as chicken wings will be on sale for only 29 cents, (3:00 P.M. to 1.00 AM.)  An old Chinese proverb says that eating chicken wings will give you courage.

DUELING PIANOS IN JOE’S GARAGE 

Lethbridge, AB. - On the second and the last Friday of every month the stage in Joe’s Garage is taken over by two grand pianos and two great piano players.  This FREE EVENT is called Dueling Pianos.  The show consists of two talented singer musicians who entertain with an unlimited song sheet of rock, country and pop music.  They play requests, mix things up with comic fun and get the audience involved with sing a longs and games.  Cal Toth always mans one of the pianos and he will pit his formidable skills each show with an equally formidable musical friend. 

The Dueling Piano show starts at 8:30 P.M.  If you love music and you love fun you will have a lovely time.  Average Joe’s Sports Bar is located at 420 -6th street south in downtown Lethbridge.

Lethbridge, AB. - The fights are back in Average Joe’s on Saturday December 29th.  UFC 232 PPV will be presented live on the big screen.  There will be 12 events including the ladies squaring off for the World Featherweight Championship between Cyburg and Nunes.  The highlight of the evening will be the Men’s World Light Heavyweight Championship between Jones and Gustafsson.

SALSA NIGHT IN JOE’S GARAGE

Lethbridge, AB. - This is your chance to break out that hidden talent, that great rhythm, those sexy moves, your sense of style.  On the 3rd Friday of each month Joe’s Garage will be turned into a dance emporium where you can learn to do the salsa with lessons and music provided by Lethbridge’s premier DJ, Tizio.

THE TREWS – LIVE AT THE JOE

Lethbridge, AB. - With multiple radio hits drawn from six scorching studio albums plus several EPs, a pair of live records, and a retrospective, The Trews are among the most prolific, electrifying, and innovative rock bands on the planet, a fact corroborated by onetime stage-mates the Rolling Stones, Weezer, and Bruce Springsteen. The Nova Scotia-bred, Hamilton, ON-based combo of singer/guitarist Colin MacDonald, guitarist John-Angus MacDonald, bassist Jack Syperek, and drummer Chris Gormley — songwriters all — has won universal acclaim for both their dazzling live performances and wildly accessible songs. The band’s current, sixth studio album, the towering and multifaceted Civilianaires, was cut in Toronto with fast-rising producer Derek Hoffman and features marquee assists from Arkells main man Max Kerman, super-producer Bob Rock, and celebrated singer/songwriter Serena Ryder.
