Average Joe’s  has become a fixture in the downtown Lethbridge  Sports Bar and entertainment scene.  From it’s beginnings in 2000 in a cramped but cozy space , to it’s current 10,000 square foot venue, Average Joe’s has been welcoming the people of Lethbridge.  The inviting atmosphere, cozy furnishings, and friendly staff have made this a favorite spot for one and all.  Every day sees working professionals, sports fans, students, and “Average Joe’s” unwinding at the end of the day.

JOE’S GARAGE

Average Joe’s Sports Bar has a very special “back room” called Joe’s Garage.  This is where a great range of entertainment takes place.  Three huge garage doors separate the garage from the main bar room.  These doors can be either open or closed depending on what action is happening in the garage. 

Regular events include karaoke, dueling pianos, Salsa Night and Yuk Yuks comedy club.  The garage stage is also a place for concerts.  It has been the scene of great entertainment from bands like Streetheart, Buckcherry, Nazareth, The Irish Descendants and Doug and The Slugs. There have also been tribute acts, like Johnny Cash and Bon jovi, and local favorites like the Chevelles and Trevor Panczak.
